Please help my pc

My PC is Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-3540M CPU @ 3.00GHz Ram 8GB is it a low end pc ? idk but my recordings keep on Freezing and lagging(even there is one of my recordings that only show 10 frames though itsa 20 minute gameplay)even though my game is not freezing, Why is that ?

an Intel i7-3xxx is 8 generations old, and that is really old for computationally demanding real-time video encoding. doable with low expectations and using OS and OBS settings appropriate for an under-powered system.

your latest log shows speakers and microphone audio at 2 different sampling rates - don't do that, especially on an under-powered PC.

Your posted OBS logs (quick sampling) don't show a recording/streaming session so important info is missing

What the OBS logs won't show is - have you streamlined/optimized your Operating System, and is running cleanly? have you shutdown/disabled/terminated unnecessary background tasks/processes? Can you identify necessary/appropriate vs not?

8 year old dual core processor. CPU bound on a single core is why OBS is freezing. Blank Scene/Profile. Try using RTSS and limit your game to 30 fps. Process Priority High, close everything running in the background, web browser, etc. Use quicksync instead of trying to use x264. You can try setting obs to core 0 and your game to core 1 only if all else fails.
