Question / Help Please Help Music Issues

Im very new to streaming and I would just like to stream my artwork and this is turning into a bit of nuisance. No matter what I try, I can't figure it out.

I try to play music through itunes. Not only is the quality a bit buzzy, it lags a ton and when I pause it (Which isnt THAT big of deal) BUT, the song just glitches and plays a portion over and over again on Picarto. Even when I switch to a new song you can still hear the portion buzzing again and again through the other song. Does anyone know what I'm doing wrong or why OBS is doing that?

So basically you're saying that the only reason it keeps playing portions of the song over and over is because Im listening to it on my own desktop? If I go on a different desktop to listen it wont have that problem?

Yup, pretty much! I watched for a short time, and everything seems to sound fine on my end.
