Question / Help Please help me

When I try to stream minecraft or anything I am getting this blackscreen by the way how can I get rid of the black side bars?
Also let me explain I add the source to the thing pick the game like Guild Wars 2 or Minecraft I get this blackscreen on both sides Preview and Streaming....

Also when I move my mouse around the screen it shows it on the thing to like glitch stuff here is the screenshot.

killzoz, read the link that Jim posted. We need you to post your log file. Otherwise we're going to have a really hard time helping you.

Yea, if possible please post a log file so we can see what's going on -- you just open the log folder via settings menu->open log folder, get the latest log (they're named/sorted by date/time), open it, copy and paste the entire contents onto a forum post, and click submit
