So I am trying to set up my Twitch streaming with the Ripsaw Razor I just bought but I am running into some sort of red fuzzy screen that will -not- go away. I have tried perusing the various threads and questions of others but cannot make any sense of any issue.

I am running on a Dell G5 15 laptop
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1660 TI graphics card
Direct 3D 11 Renderer set to NV12 and sRGB with Full color range

I have uninstalled, reinstalled and updated my graphics card driver. I am at a loss at this point on what to do. Please help as I am looking to stream Animal Crossing and cannot do so until I get this resolved.

Normally visual effects like this are caused by either a bad HDMI cable, or a hardware failure in the capture device.
Recommend trying another cable. Does this occur with any other console/HDMI source plugged in, or just with the Switch?

If it happens with any source, you will need to reach out to Razer for hardware support with their device.

I've not tried it with any other console, but I can try.

As for the HDMI cables, I have tried multiple hdmi cables and even swapped the ones around the Ripsaw and I still get the same red fuzzy image.
