Question / Help Please help me with obs settings.

I have a youtube channel (with 134 subs .. :( ) and i don t know why when i record the video with obs I get like big square pixels. Please help me with this issue. I really want to improve my quality.
My obs settings : -bitrate 30000; Resolution 1920x1080 60fps ; Advenced settings https://gyazo.com/3831731d27a99b1c6e20cdc92e2993b0

My pc specs : Intel Core i5 3.2GHz ; Graphic card GIGABYTE Radeon R9 270 OC WindForce 2X 2GB DDR5 256-bit; 8gb RAM

Switch to OBS Studio,
Set the output mode to simple
Recording quality to indistinguishable
Encoder to software low cpu use or one of the hardware encoders.
Save to FLV or MKV. Remux to MP4 afterwards if required by your editing software.
