Question / Help Please help me with my Twitch settings :)

Hey, thx, reading this btw ^^

So I want to stream League of Legends on Twitch, but when I'm ingame it feels like I'm... kinda lagging or something. So i wondered if someone could help me with the settings and setup (scenes and sources).

I run League of Legends on 140 FPS Smooth (without OBS)

Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-4460 CPU @ 3.20GHz

Video Card: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 960

RAM Memory: 8.0 GB

Best (nearest) internet server download speed: Around 50 Mbps

Best (nearest) internet server Upload speed: Around 50 Mbps

I'd try to do 1280x720, 30 FPS, 2000 Bitrate, and Veryfast preset. Sure your internet speed is sufficient for higher bitrates, but lowering it to 2000 will allow viewers with slower connections to watch without much buffer.

If you don't like the quality then turn the bitrate up to 2500. After that, I wouldn't really go up after that for viewers sake.
