I suspect you should give up on the idea of using chroma key on such an old, low-power ultrabook CPU
I tried simple streaming (USB webcam, no effects/filters at all) no gaming, just PowerPoint in a windowed slide show, plus pre-recorded videos (with an i5-6300HQ @ 2.3GHz (4c/4t) [circa Fall 2015] with an NVENC enabled Nvidia GeForce GTX 960M graphics card, and failed... and I wasn't trying anything computationally intensive live green screen/chroma key)... so maybe, if you get really good at optimizing both Win10 and OBS, and your source items.... but don't get your hopes up
real-time video encoding is REALLY computationally demanding, vs something designed for long battery life, portability, and low-CPU demand tasks [which is what you have].
Is that Windows 8.1?? if your machine supports it, and yo udo your homework, I'd strongly recommend updating to Win10

you have mismatched audio sampling rates... never a good a good idea

Basically start with a much simpler setup, be sure to NOT be re-scaling any video sources, chroma-keying, etc. Monitor hardware resources (Task Mgr (PerfMon) or Resource Monitor, and experiment
