I tried to add 2 scripts to OBS that were meant to hide any minimized windows by default. The script worked where window captures would be automatically hidden when ever I minimized the actual window but the scripts ruined the game capture source option from displaying anything entirely. Now I can't take OBS back to before I added the scripts either. The scripts I added & the forum I obtained them from are at the bottom of this post.

Here are the links to the scripts as well.

Here are the steps I took through this whole event.
1. I copy pasted the code from the first hidewindow.py script from xantyleonhart into my Z:\Programs\obs-studio\data\obs-plugins\frontend-tools\scripts folder. (This is my own personal folder path for OBS the program.)
2. I went to the scripts window in obs (Tools -> Scripts) and used the + sign to add the script from where I played it.
3. Then I noticed that the game capture stopped working entirely. So then I used the trash sign in the scripts window to remove the script.
4. Then I tried the edited script with the updates from sheriffoftiltover in the same forum wondering if that would fix it. Nothing changed. At some point that's when I noticed that the purpose of the scripts were still functional despite me pressing the trash button. Window Capture sources for example were still being hidden when ever I minimized them from the screen despite me hitting the trash sign to delete the scripts.
5. That's when I deleted the HideWindow.py script entirely from Z:\Programs\obs-studio\data\obs-plugins\frontend-tools\scripts but still nothing changed.
6. After that I closed and reopened obs. Still no game capture even after triple checking the game capture settings and the auto hide on minimize window function is still working too.
7. I uninstalled OBS while selecting the option to get rid of both the program and my user data.
8. I reinstalled OBS but still the program was exactly the same remembering the script.
9. I deleted the folder C:\Users\[USER]\AppData\Roaming\obs-studio manually and nothing changed.
10. I scrolled through my add & remove programs folder & even sort it by latest installed programs. Nothing new is there at the top aside from OBS & other programs I meant to install.
When I check if the script is definitely removed from Tools->Scripts in OBS and my scripts folder it definitely is gone. Yet it seems to still be functional outside of obs's program files & user files which have been entirely deleted multiple times through out this whole process?
Could anyone please help me remove these scripts/plugins so that I can continue using OBS game capture normally? I'm really interested to start streaming game development streams soon and regularly use game capture to record gameplay all the time. I won't be able to do any of these things in OBS anymore if I can't find the solution to this. Thank you very much for your help!
Question / Help - How to set "Window Capture" to hide when window is minimized?
I'm trying to set up a scene with possible applications I could open on my stream, so I set up a Window Capture for each of these applicatoins. The problem is that each of those Window Capture will become visible when the programs starts, even when the program is minimized it will shows up on...
