Question / Help Please Help Me save my recordings

HI my name is Swan. I am new to OBS but have been using it to make recordings to upload to youtube. It has been going well but here lately, everytime I record, it captures the audio well but the video is waaaay behind and doesn't show what I am doing or it is skippy. I'll leave a link for one of the videos that I have had experiences with. I had this issue on my computer and thought it was just my computer but I went to a friend's house and she is having the same thing. We just recorded tonight and got far on our game and were proud but now no one is going to be able to see our accomplishment. Please tell me how to fix this because I like using OBS and I don't even know where to start looking for a new broadcasting system. Thank you for the time. :)

Find the OBS Studio logs folder (main menu Help) and post the log from the recording's session (by time and date).
 
Ok I think I found what you're talking about? Sorry I'm extremely new lol I usually play a console and record there but want to try my hand on pc so what do I do now with the log file?
 
Sorry I meant to get back to you, I never understood what you said so I uninstalled and reinstalled and it worked :) thank you for trying to help and I'm sorry I'm no good with this kind of stuff
