Thank you for your swift reply but I have already read that post yet I cant find anything to help me. I should be able to stream at atleast 3500 bitrate since I have a decent internet connection, yet it still lags when I stream at 1800kps

If you read the information at the link then you should understand that viewer buffering is outside of your control. If you aren't dropping frames and are using a reasonable bitrate (we recommend 2000-2500 Kbps for non-partnered Twitch streamers) then you're done. You can't change how reliably Twitch is able to deliver the video content to each viewer.

Yep, streaming at 3500kbps without being a Partner will send most of your viewers straight into buffering hell.

Doesn't matter how good your connection is, it comes down to your viewers' connections AND their route to the Twitch video server that's providing their video feed. Sometimes people just get a bad route, the only thing you can do to try and mitigate is to drop to a lower bitrate.

Ty FerretBomb but it all dont make sense to me, I get 9.4mb in upload. When I stream at 1800kbps and try to watch my own stream it lags. My preview looks fine but i lag on twitch :/ I'm thinking maybe something is blocking my internet when I stream, I see no other explination.
