You'll need to stop the stream to get the output we need. That log still doesn't contain relevant info. Try following these steps:

To make a clean log file, first restart OBS, then start your stream/recording for ~30 seconds and stop it again. When you're done select Help > Log Files > Upload Current Log File. Copy the URL and paste it here.

Got to clarify that I'm streaming the ps4 and the screen has to be stretched to fit the screen...that's making it look fuzzy
