Please help me find the reason for the staters every 16 minutes. The staters look like a drop to 20 fps for 20 seconds and after 16 minutes everything repeats. Video card 4080, mindows 10, 2 monitors at 60 fps, SSD m2 disk, game capture method in obs. I tried recording via nvidia app and the same result. I don't know where else to look?
