Question / Help PLEASE HELP ME, BLACK SCREEN

Ive tried so many different solutions and none of them worked the same exact thing happened on my laptop and now my computer Im trying to capture my console through avermedia capture card and the screen is just black now and i have no idea of what i could do, i checked to make sure everything is plugged in and it is. Many modern antivirus programs believe that you do not need to use your webcam with digitally signed and widely used software, such as OBS. Check that your antivirus program does not have a webcam/video device blocking feature, and if it does, you will need to add OBS as an exception.
