this is my obs log wich i copied and paste ... whatever i do i cant seem to fix the cpu and fps so now i cant stream in any way .. i got an elgato hd60 s wich also now wont show my ps4 screen on my tv ...

It's running poorly because OBS is somehow getting forced into using the OpenGL renderer, which has bad performance on Windows. That's probably an indication that your Nvidia drivers are out of date or corrupted. Try downloading the latest drivers, uninstalling your current drivers, restarting, and then installing the new drivers.

For future reference, it's generally best to post a link to your log file (hosted on hastebin.com or pastebin.com) or attach it to your forum post. Posting it inline is a bit harder to read.

hehe thanks :) i really hope it will work though i use directX latest version and all is up to date and still its really going bad

DirectX is not the same as your Nvidia Drivers (or your Intel Drivers, for that matter).
