Please Help! I don't get my stream too stop freezing?

Hi my stream have never been smooth always lagging please help!
Playing mostly Heroes of newearth

RAM: Vengeance DDR3 1600MHz 8GB
GFX: AMD DRadeon HD 7870 2GB GDDR

Encoder: x264
Bitrate: 3000
Buffersize: 3000
Profile: Main
Keyframe:2
Use CBR- Check
VerFast Preset

Screen freeze and loading all the time.. Like buffering or just stops strearming. Streaming on twitch

sry but iam not so good at this :)

uncheck "use custom buffer size"
And yes, 2000kbit bitrate.

so annoying ....its like freezeing and then when u refresh it works for a while and then freeze again-.-
