Question / Help Please Help, I Do Not Understand What I Am Doing Wrong

I am trying to stream a game to YouTube and I have a pretty good gaming PC and strong internet connect and upload speeds. But every time I go live on YouTube the stream itself looks all fuzzy and buffers. I asked some of my friends who stream if they have good PCs and theirs are worse than mine and they have amazing quality streams! I am so confused, can someone please help?

Run the auto configuration wizard in the tools menu.

I just did that, it seemed a bit better but is still all fuzzy looking, lag is pretty much gone. Any suggestions for that?

Edit: Ok well now apparently the lag is back...

Ok, so I re downloaded the older version and that one works fine.
