I was streaming on Twitch tonight and had 5 crashes all stream. Some just crashed OBS and some crashed my whole computer and left me with no option but to force the computer off. 3 happened while switching transitions on OBS, so I'm actually hoping it's an OBS problem I can fix? Cause otherwise it's a problem with my computer and that's a much more expensive fix and I have no idea where to start or what to test. I tried "check file integrity", but it said it was fine.
I started streaming Silent Hill 2 remake, so I thought it was the game causing the crashes at first, so I switched games after the 4th crash and played a different game, but then my whole computer froze again a while in to that game.
Bluetooth disappeared from my computer last week and I'm calling Dell about that tomorrow, but other than that and the crashes, my computer seems fine and has never had problems like this before. It's only 3 years old. It's an Alienware Aurora Ryzen, graphics drivers are all up to date..... I just have no idea where to start testing.
