Question / Help PLEASE HELP! All audio in sync with delay EXCEPT microphone

As in the title all of my audio is in sync and properly delayed (ps4 audio, webcam, video) but no matter what delay I add to my studio style mic it seems to stay at 0 - as in when I talk the response on obs is still instantaneous where as I want it delayed
 
Make a test recording and check the output there, the volume indicator in OBS may not reflect the delay you've set.
