2 GB Ram (1.75 Usable)
Video Card:GeForce 7025/Nforce 630a
Proccesor: AMD Semptron 140 Processor 2.70GHZ

Your Processor is just straight up too old to handle live streaming, i rekon it would struggle at 480p
