Question / Help Please do explain me, i need advice badly.

So hey everyone my pc system is: gtx980 i76820k 250gbSSD 16gb but my upload is 1.70mb-1.85mb i want to do stream i really do but after what ever i searched i cant find the right settings. please i badly need your help guys! can someone write me down which settings i should do for live stream?

the game i want to stream: lol witcher darksoul or horror games.

480p@30fps, 1000kbps, x264 Veryfast. 96kbps AAC audio.

You need more upstream bandwidth.

You could try 720p@30fps, 1500kbps, x264 Veryfast with 96kbps AAC audio, but the video quality will be very low (1500 is bare-minimum) and if you hit any network fluctuations you will start to drop frames. You REALLY need more upload speed.

also that 480p means should make my resolution 480p caus it was 1080x720p?

Those are the important ones. Anything else should be default. Any guides listing off a set of custom x264 settings are usually parroted and bad information (there's one 'guide' with a large list of them that keeps going around that mostly just sets default settings, aside from one or two bad-idea alterations).

thank you and one more question, would video capture card help my stream looks better? ive heard what ever you see at your screen atm wievers also can see as you see ( i mean clear scene) is that true?

Your setup is much better than mine, all I really need is a quad core cpu, but anyways you setup is jsut perfect for streaming

No. A capture card will do no good whatsoever in a 1PC setup, unless you plan to play console games.

Ich habe ein Problem mit OBS Software :/.
Wenn ich Minecraft Aufnehmen will steht unten 0 Sekunden Aufgenommen und es ist ein Standbild.
Aber wenn ich Dann wieder in OBS mit der Maus bin Wird das Bild aktualisiert, aber wenn ich wieder in Minecraft gehe ist wieder ein Standbild :/.
