Your video isn't available but I can see in your log that you're streaming at 1280x720 while the capture card is set to 640x480, on top of that the canvas resolution is 1920x1080 so if the capture card is set to cover the whole canvas it has to be upscaled from 640x480 to 1920x1080 and then down to 1280x720. Stretching it isn't recommended since it looks horrible and you can't really avoid it looking a but fuzzy if you upscale it.

You wouldn't know how to do all that would you. Im replying from my phone while at work so if you know how to I would appreciate it Xphome and I'll try fixing it when I get home
