Playing video to monitor without seeing controls

Hi all. I’m new to OSB Studio. I simply want to play videos from my laptop to a large screen monitor onstage with band thru HDMI cable without seeing controls on the large screen. I have videos uploaded and able to play but still see controls. Thank you for your time & expertise.

Hello Soulshaker: Just to confirm, is this what you are doing:

• The onstage large screen monitor is defined to Windows as a Second Monitor.
• You are bringing the video into OBS as a Media Source.
• In the Program screen, right click and select the Second Monitor definition.

If I project the video in this way, I do not see the controls. (By Controls, I am assuming that you mean the Play, Pause, Stop etc line along the bottom of the window.) However, if it persists, a crude way of fixing it would be to crop out the Controls line from the display.
