Question / Help Play video file with color key

I am streaming to twitch and I made a little watermark logo with animation to go in the lower right corner of my video. What I would like to do is have this as an overlay. I was able to do it in xsplit but would rather not use that software if I can avoid it. I am using Dxtory to capture my game.

Here is what I have tried so far..

The video plugin. This shows the video but I can not make the green background transparent. It doesn't support Chroma Key.

Virtual Webcams. I installed magic came, virtual web cam, and many cam. I would like to avoid buying software if posiable. Magic cam did not work as OBS crashed when trying to display it. Virtual webcam and many cam both seemed to compress the video some as there were parts around the text that didn't get blocked out.

VLC - I thought maybe I could play the video in VLC and stream it directly to OBS but I did not see a way other then screen region capture to do this.

Any other suggestion I might try? It shouldn't be so hard to have a small watermark video playing in the corner.

Well it never fails. I post to ask for help and then 5 minutes later, come up with a solution. I didn't get a chance to test your solution Krazy, though I think that would work. I may need to try that.

Here is how I did it.

Using the video source plugin, however I went back and edited my logo video file to be an uncompressed AVI and included the alpha channel in it. It seems while the video source plugin does not support Color key it does support transparent video files.

Thanks for the help Krazy!
