Question / Help Play mic when talking in discord but not other wise

I want to only recognise what i talk in discord but not otherwise. At the moment my mic isn't working at all on obs. It recognizes but wont give any audio output. my fix to the discord problem is set my push to talks to same as discord but at the moment mic wont even work and its really got me stumped. Thanks in advance
