Play along with pre-recorded video during live stream.

I have video of myself playing drums and bass. I want to play along with them live when I live stream. When I do I can’t get them to sync. I used the offset and when I record it, it is in sync. But when I stream it is out of sync. Any ideas! Thanks!!!
