Placing Filters on Scene Transition Audio (or routing Scene Transition Audio to Virtual Cables)

I have audio on a custom Scene Transition Stinger. I need to route the audio to Virtual Cable A. Normally on all other sources I need to do this I just add an Audio Monitor filter and route it to Cable-A. But I can't add (or I can't figure out how to add) a Audio Monitor filter to the Scene Transition audio.

Any way to do that, or work around?
