Question / Help Pixles and lag

Right first of i havent even started to stream yet...I am only previewing stream. I use my roxio to stream with using obs and when obs is not running then the roxio picture is perfect. Yet when i put OBS to preview stream it glitches and lags and the delay is ridiculous. Anyone know how i can get rid of that? I have no idea what the best setting are or anything but my upload speed is 8-9 meg and my download speed anywhere from 15-35meg depending on whos using the internet. Thanks

Post a logfile from a streaming test session (set it to local record) and we'll be able to tell a bit more. Better yet, run a test-stream. Be sure to stream it for at least five minutes. Post the log, and we can comment usefully.

From your screenshot, it looks like your bitrate is set ridiculously low, just as a semi-random guess. Again, may not be the case, we NEED the logfile to be able to actually help.
