Question / Help Pixilated While Moving

Doing 800/800 bitrate/buffer size.

No resolution Downscale

ATI Radeon HD 4300/4500 Series

AMD Phenom II x4 910 Processor

DirectX 11

It's Crystal while non-moving, but when i move it turns pixilated.

Edit*: When i do not stream, my fps is ~ 50+
While streaming it goes from anywhere around 20-30.

Honestly, with that upload/bit rate, you're not going to get a stream that doesn't look pixelated in some way. You might be trying to stream at too high of a resolution.

I can change the bitrate.

I'm not worried about it being pixelated in a way, but it's bad on mine :-(

You should really downscale as ~800-1000kbps for 1080p will never look good unless you are playing chess or something with little to no motion. If you can't really up your bitrate I would say use a 2.00 downscale, 720p won't look that great either I'm afraid. You are lagging frames anyways as your computer really can't handle 1080p.

That needs to go up as well; the thing of it is -- streaming is quite CPU heavy. So if without streaming you're not even managing 60 FPS you really need to tone down on the game's settings quite a bit as well. Just to free up the CPU and GPU needed to stream without having to worry about the framerate dropping hard.

Which games are you trying to stream?

well streaming 1080p with a 800 bitrate.... it just simply wont work 1080 wont even really work out well on that cpu anyway
