I have had this issue ever since I started streaming pretty much and have tried a variety of different settings.
These are my pc specs
Processor Bundle: Intel Core i7-6700 CPU @ 3.40GHz + Asus H170M PLUS + CORSAIR 2666
RAM: 16 GB
Graphics: GEFORCE GTX 1070
SSD: Sandisk 480GB
OS: Windows 10
Cooler: 420MM Thermaltake water 3.0
Tower: Corsair carbide series SPEC-ALPHA red & black
I previously had 1080x1920 60fps 6000 bitrate and realized this was a bit of a problem. I want the crisp look of the 1080p but I just couldn't have it unless I stood still in the game. So I further tested downscaling trying everything that's ever been recommended, including extremely low like 400-300p and 720p with 30fps. The only setting that has slightly reduced the pixels has been 720p 3500 bitrate 30fps. Quality of the stream isn't amazing and I can still see the pixels, however, this has proven to be the least amount of pixels.
My internet is regularly around 15-20 upload speed (AU Nub pls) and ping typically at below 10ms. I know I don't have the most amazing internet or internals, however, I have friends who can stream with crisp quality with an i5, 1060 ti, and similar internet speeds.
I have my webcam on during my streams and this is where more of the pixilated-ness will occur. Making it so my face can barely be seen. The only way to somewhat combat that is to have intense lighting in front of my face, but again the blur will still continue.
Does anyone know what I'm doing wrong or what I need to improve with my pc? Any help would be appreciated.
Here are some clips from my streams as a reference.
