Question / Help Pixels, problems with stream

Hello,
yeah i know, that was a thousands of threads, where ppl post the problems, but i think, that every problem is different, because of specs&internet.
Ive got a problem with csgo, especially with it, there is pixels, not that clear as i want to be. It is on youtube, twitch. I've got 10mb upload, and not that bad PCs specs. Here is log:

I am streaming with nivec encoder, 7500 bitrate, and 1080p. I dont have any frames drop, and issues with bitrate ( downscale, or smth )
Can u guys please, help a little bit? Do you want other logs, more informations? I'll reply.

Ive tried with graphic, and cpu encoder, 1080p, 720p.. I know its hard to find the problem, but if u guys dont know, anyone cant know..

Here is my logs https://gist.github.com/anonymous/9279bdd7d41bf2cd2acc3bdbf1b6efa7 after 3h stream. I tried nvidia, cpu encoder..... Someone know how to fix it? I dont think, that problem is in my cpu, cuz its Ryzen... I can even OC, if it would be better.

Limit fps in the game, don't stream at 1080p 60fps.

720p is not that good quality. When i limit to 60fps, i have drops to 20-30 ( in fornite ). I tried OC CPU, and go for - faster on x264 encoder. Its better, but not that, as i wish. (:

Do you have any archived videos on YouTube or Twitch of the problematic quality, as well as timestamps for where to look for the issues?

Ive got, but i dont know which encoder and bitrate i use in those videos, because as i said before, i was tryin everything. This evening, i would like to record one, to show U.. because its weird.. Ive got ryzen on @3.6GHz now.

And for example i stream csgo, i dont know why ive got some frames drop in logs. Here is logs, and video in 720p, last one was in 1080p.

I've got 10MB upload, i can lock it up to 15, because im working at IT in my internet developer. :P
But... youtube has wrotten, that 7.5 is ok for 720@60. How much do i have to up the bitrate?
