Question / Help Pixels in video

There are pixels when in game I turn around (As example CS:GO). In some fast movements in game these pixels appear on video. When just picture changes - nothing bad happens. It's in different games, but earlier there wasn't something like that. I didn't do nothing in settings, neither with settings for game in OBS. It even seems like all settings are the same. OS Windows 10 (about month ago was 7). OBS 0.657b

Sounds like too little bitrate to me. If you're streaming, then there might not be anything you can do, Twitch (if that's what you're using) has recommendations that are lower than what is needed for a perfect video, and you're effectively limited by what your viewers can download, unless you want them to buffer.

If you're not streaming and just recording to your hard drive, then it sounds like you should be able to compensate by increasing the bitrate. But I can't be sure without links to OBS logs and video samples.
