I'm streaming to Twitch and every two seconds the stream gets blurry. It's very noticeable, especially with still images.
I believe it's the same issue that is mentioned in this link: https://github.com/obsproject/obs-amd-encoder/issues/300
I am not bandwidth starved and my GPU is not overloaded either. I can't set the profile to Quality because then my card does get overloaded. Streaming using my CPU is not a possibility either for the same reason. I can't change the keyframe interval because the field is disabled and cannot be changed from 2.
