Hi I stream games on YouTube and I noticed recently that in fast moving scenes that it get pixelated for a second then straightens up does anyone have any ideas as to why this may happen? Also I don't have the greatest upload speed it's only 1.1 Mbps, but I've seen flawless streams from people with less than that, so what would be the best settings for that kind of upload speed? Any help would be appreciated, thanks

Stream at 720p instead of 1080p. Enable the new networking code and low latency mode. Finally, increase your bitrate to 2000. I am not an expert at streaming but I believe changing those settings should fix your pixelation.
