First, H1Z1 you will not be able to get the quality you seek because of the grass. This is not an issue with the encoder but an issue with scene complexity which would take a pretty beast PC to encode without pixellation.
recommended settings
720@30fps veryfast (or faster if your CPU can handle it) 2650-3000 bitrate. If your viewers complain about buffering then lower the bitrate by 200 until they no longer buffer. during this step it is important to rely on viewer input, not your own.
Any game with a lot of trees, snow, grass or heavily textured/detailed items, there will be issues with this.
Games with simple textures will do better.
the second impact is H1Z1 is a fast moving first person shooter which will also impact quality of the scene. there isn't much time for the encoder to fully encode the scene which will also cause more pixellation.
