Question / Help Pixelation when moving around DayZ

So I'm trying to stream DayZ, I have 12MB upload, so I figure I could stream in 1080p or very least 720p, and that is the case, if i'm not moving ingame.. However, when ever I am running around, or in high motion, the stream gets very pixelated, I'm currently running obs, used a range of bitrates from 2000-100000 (for the banter) but it is still pixelated, I'm unsure as to what is actually going on here. Can anyone please shed a light on this issue!

Specs are; i5 3570k, GTX 970, 8GB RAM

A few tips that might help your stream quality:

1. Resolution is the biggest source of high bitrate (which translates to quality loss if you're using CBR), and downscaling wastes resources. If possible, I'd recommend playing your game in 720p and recording in that too. Probably the most realistic way to get 60 FPS.

2. Your processor is definitely good enough to try some slower CPU presets. What are you using right now?

3. Twitch doesn't like bitrates over 3000/3500, and unless you're partnered anything above 2000 will likely buffer for a lot of your viewers.

4. Use tune "film" for your stream. This setting controls in what way quality loss becomes visible, and "film" is designed for realistic-looking things like DayZ.
