you need to crank your bitrate up a bunch, 1k will get your a pretty low quality stream, especially for the resolution your trying to stream at. set it to something more like 2500-3000, and try it out!

the only thing you could change is your resolution, namely lower it.thats still going to provide a lower quality stream with blurriness and pixelization though. but, if you want to keep it at a low bitrate like that, lower the resolution, and possibly even your FPS down to like 25. you can also try changing the veryfast profile to faster in the advanced settings, but that will put a heavy load on your CPU. right now your just throwing to much information at the bitrate and profile you have set.
