Whenever I stream, things get pixelated whenever I move my character in a game really fast, or if I'm playing a shooter, and I look up with high sensitivity, it also gets pixelated. How can I reduce the pixelation or avoid it?

Use more bitrate, or downscale the video further. 1000kbps is not going to handle 540p video under high-motion situations. Try downscaling to 360p, or raise bitrate to around 1500kbps. It won't eliminate all pixelation under extreme motion (instagib quake live, etc), but it should dramatically reduce it.

I'd also like to add that my upload speed is typically 4.5Mbps.
