I am using OBS for Windows version 0.12.2
I have tried using both the x264 encoder and the AMD Video Coding Engine H.264 Encoder (Media Foundation). Frame rate is 60 fps, bitrate is 2500, Keyframe Interval is 0, CBR is off, CRF is 10, CPU usage preset is Very Fast.
I keep getting either choppy and blurry videos, or highly pixelated videos.
What am I doing wrong and how do I fix this? I've seen some posts about changing the buffer to 0, but I don't see an option in the output tab to change buffer.
