when i go streaming i can see my live in 60fps but is pixelated, how can i fix this problem?

First off, I see you listed that you are using AMD's built-in encoder. To my understanding, AMD's encoder has lots of issues and causes quality problems, so that could be one of the main factors. Also, you state that your bitrate is 6000 but you didn't mention your resolution. If you are streaming at 1080p, that will most likely be another main reason why. 1080p 60fps requires a MINIMUM of 10,000 bitrate or more, which obviously is above the limit that Twitch allows.

If you are streaming at 6000 bitrate with 60 fps, I suggest doing either 720p or 864p. These 2 resolutions will look clean with 6000 bitrate.

With 720p 60fps is still pixelated

Please post a link to a clean log. You can also use the analyze button (when you upload the log as described below) to troubleshoot common issues.
To make a clean log file, please follow these steps:

1) Restart OBS.
2) Start your stream/recording for about 30 seconds. Make sure you replicate any issues as best you can, which means having any games/apps open and captured, etc.
3) Stop your stream/recording.
4) Select Help > Log Files > Upload Current Log File. Send that link via this troubleshooting tool or whichever support chat you are using.

Also, whats your internet upload capacity?

Please take a look at the analizer, it gives you some hints about common issues.

Are you trying to stream a game? Which one? Or just you talking?
Also, try lowering the bitrate a little to test. Go for 4000 and 5000, with increments of 500 on each test.

i'm streaming game, but with 6000kb is pixelated, with 4 or 5000 is more pixelated i think

why you network interface is only at 100 mbits did you use a cable to a wifi extender or so or are the PC direct connected to the router ?

look that your windows energy saving settings set to high performance

had you tried to use the RX 560 Hardware encoder ?

i tried to use Endcode with AMD with any setting from minimum to maximum, even with endcode 264 i changed all the settings i also tried to scale 720 60 fps but whatever it does you see pixelated
