So I have been having this trouble where my game runs perfectly fine and smooth, and the stream runs smooth, but when lots of movement appear in-game, the stream becomes pixelated, here is an example;

I have looked up many tutorials on the perfect OBS settings / Streamlabs OBS settings but this problem keeps appearing and I am not sure how to fix it. I believe the Max bitrate for twitch is 3500, and I've run through lots of tests using a different bitrate but 3500 seems the best option for me but it keeps showing pixels on stream, anyone know how to fix this?
