Question / Help Pixelated stream.

Hello!
First of all, I want to apologize for making a thread like this, it has probably been discussed here a hundred of times but I just haven't found the solution yet!

As you already might have guessed from the title, my stream is quite pixelated. I have a good PC, good internet, using good OBS settings but it is still so pixelated that I am starting to feel angry. I really want to start streaming regularly but I can't stand the thought viewers won't have a good viewing experience.

But if you check all the popular / partnered streamer streams, they look just so crisp it is so pleasant to watch.
Might it be possible that twitch partners streams are better quality? I know partnered streamer viewers can change quality settings (Source to Low) but I mean that just means that I am constantly streaming at Source and should get as good of quality as they are getting, no?
