My PC is equipped with a i9 and 3080. And my Download speed is around 200 and Upload is 17.80. But for some reason even when I stream with max 6000 bitrate for twitch my quality is still super low. And thats with 1280 x 720p resolution. The only time the quality is good is when I use higher bitrates that twitch doesn't allow. Is there anything I can do to fix this? https://www.twitch.tv/videos/1118700010, Notice how the quality is fine when im not playing, but decreases upon playing.
