pixelated stream at 5000kbps with no stress, no saturation, no frames dropped or lagged

i really don't know what to change to fix this problem, everything goes perfectly fine but when i go to see the vods they are sometimes blurry or the browser sources look pixelated

i attached my settings

If the resolution listed is the one you're using in settings - video, that's why.

That bitrate is absolutely NOT able to retain picture quality for that resolution.

that's the resolution i use, actually i was rescaling it to 720p

720p is going to retain a LOT more picture quality at 5000kbit than 1080p or higher.

Too much picture detail and motion then. You're getting a realistic amount of picture quality retained for the content you're streaming.
