So I updated OBS but now when I record a video its all pixelated and stuff?

There are no recording attempts in this log. Just use the recording presets.

Only run OBS once.

When you do your tests to generate a log file to upload here, test for at least 5 minutes of high action video. Your tests were only a few seconds long which makes them statistically meaningless.
