Question / Help Pixelated Recording

Hi,

First post. I'm sorry if I souldnt be posting these kind of questions in this section.

I have been trying to record Overwatch with OBS. Not stream. Just record. After a few tries I finally managed to solve the stutter and massive pixelated videos that I would get. However, my videos are still a little pixelated and I can't figure out which settings to use to solve this. So I decided to post this here in hopes someone can tell me if I can change my settings of if my computer simply isn't good enough.

Current OBS settings:

- CBR checked
- Bit Rate = 3000
- Buffer = 0

- Resolution = 1920/1080, but I have it reduced to 1280/720
- Bilinear (fastest)
- 30 fps

- x264 CPU = ultrafast
- CRF = 10

My PC:

Motherboard MSI h170
MSI GeForce GTX 1070 Armor 8G
Intel core i5-6600

Thanks in advance in case someone can help me

A CRF of 10 is actually excessive. 15 is usually plenty.
What player are you checking for pixelation with?

Ok, thanks, I'll switch to 15 meanwhile.

I use VLC. The pixelation isn't serious. But its there and it annoys me. I was hoping there was something else I could tweak in the settings to give it an extra video quality.
