Question / Help Pixelated Quality

I have a i7-8700K CPU @ 3.70Ghz (12 CPUs), ~3.7GHz.
The GPU that I have is NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1080 TI.


I am currently new into the stream community and I would like to grow my channel. But stupid ass quality has to mess everything up any suggestions? or edits?
