Question / Help Pixelated quality when using Replay Buffer/Recording

Hi, I'm using Obs for my in-game clips of Csgo. My clips look really pixelated, smokes (in-game) has a bunch of square pixels on the video footage, not smooth at all!

My Output>Recording settings are:
Type - Standard
Recording Format - mkv
Encoder - Nvidia Nvenc h.264 (new)
Custom muxer settings - None
Rate Control - CQP
CQ Level - 20
Keyfram Interval - 0
Preset - Max Quality
Profile - Main
Look ahead - No
Psycho visual tuning - Yes
GPU - 0
Max B-Frames 2


My Output>Replay Buffer settings are:
Enable Replay Buffer - Yes
Maximum Replay Time - 120 s
Maximum Memory (Megabytes) - 2048 MB


My Video settings are:
Base Canvas Resolution - 1920x1080
Output Scale Resolution - 1920x1080
Downscale Filter -Lanczos (Sharpened scaling, 36 samples)
Integer FPS Value - 120 #I had 60 before but I like the 120 fps feel after editing the footage


My PC Specs are:
CPU - AMD Ryzen 7 3700X @ 3.6GHz
RAM - G.Skill 16GB (2x8GB) DDR4 3200MHz CL14
MOBO - ASUS PRIME X570-P
GPU - ASUS Dual NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1070 8GB
