A while back I streamed a bit for fun every now and then, I remember spending about a day messing with setting and things to get the quality looking good and such. Well I recently decided to give it another go but after reinstalling OBS and setting everything back up I cant seem to get a good clear picture. The stream seems to look fine if nothing is moving or say the game is playing a cut scene but once any game gets to me moving around and such it just turns into a fuzzy and pixel mess. Some games you cant even read things like text on the screen while I am standing still.

These are my current settings.
2500 bitrate
3500 buffer
128 audio
720 resolution
30 FPS
And my specs
CPU: Intel i7-3770k @ 3.50
Motherboard: ASRock p67 extreme4gen3
Memory: 16GB DDR3
GPU: crossfire - AMD Radeon r9 290X
Resolution: 1920x1080
I average around 60 download and 6 upload.
