Pixelated Gameplay when moving while recording

My game keeps going grainy and pixelated when i move. Ive tried updating graphics, switching encoders, stuff like that. It looks perfectly fine when recording in elgato's game capture hd software, but on obs it pixelates.

1. Run OBS as Admin. To run OBS as Administrator, right click on the OBS shortcut, properties, advanced, check box, ok, apply, ok.
2. Display and Game Capture Sources interfere with each other. Never put them in the same scene (Recording).
3. Change the format on your Elgato Game Capture HD from UYVY to NV12.
4. Once you have done all that, Tools, Auto-Config Wizard. Don't change anything, close and restart OBS (as Admin) and try again.

If still having issues, post new log.

None of this worked, and i dont have a NV12 option, only UYVY
