Question / Help pixelated blurry stream no matter the settings

Dear friends,

I've been trying to get my twitch stream to look good for months. Without succes I come here for help. I upgrated my whole pc just to have enough power for csgo/livestream, my specs are as follows

GTX 1060 6Gb
i7 7700k 4.8ghz
16gb ram 3000mhz
600w corsair psu

I tried every obs settings possible, every combination, nothing seems to work. I even used different streaming program yet I had the same issues. (i tried 720p@30, 720p@60, 1080p.., bitrate 1500-4000, all of the presets, still the same issue)

the livestream it self looks actually pretty good, I stream at 720p@60 and when I am not moving everything seems just fine. When I start moving in game tho this is when the pixelation appears.

I need your help guys, please. I hope I provided all of the information you need, if not I will try to reply asap.

2500kbps bitrate is very low for 720p@60fps. Increase the bitrate, set resolution to 30fps or decrease resolution.

I already tried 30 fps, didn't help. I also tried bitrate from 1500 to 4000 and that didn't help either.

Post a log where you stream 720p@30fps and 4000kbps bitrate. With other settings you had in the log, there should be no reason why it would look bad other than too high expectations.

Judging by the log, I would just say too high expectations. It will never look exactly like on your monitor.

Please watch the clip I posted. It hurts my brain watching this, no way it's supposed to look like this. I watched some streamers and asked for their settings, some of them stream on even lower resoliton and with less bitrate yet their stream looks way better than mine.
